Longtime resident Doris Morgan died in Pennsylvania on December 20, 2016. She is survived by her daughters Patricia Green Morgan and Carroll Morgan Davenport. A 2:00 pm funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 29th at the Orient Congregational Church. Burial will follow at the Orient Central Cemetery. The family has suggested that memorial donations be made to SAVE the United Methodist Church building in Orient.
