Dawn Jacobs Obituary

Family and friends will gather for Visitation to celebrate Dawn's life on Friday, April 11th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at Horton-Mathie Funeral Home with a 5:30pm Memorial Service officiated by Rabbi Gadi Capela.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to William Floyd Memorial Library in Greenport, North Fork Animal Shelter in Peconic and CAST in Southold.
