Family and friends will gather for Visitation on Wednesday, February 26th from 9:00am to 11:00am at Horton-Mathie Funeral Home. An 11:00am Funeral Service will be observed at the Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Garret Johnson with Burial to follow at Greenfield Cemetery in Uniondale, New York. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, PO Box 96011, Washington D.C. 20090-6011.
