Obituary

Family and friends will gather for Visitation on Thursday, May 11th from 3:00 to 7:00pm at the Horton-Mathie Funeral Home. An 11:00am Funeral Mass will be observed on Friday, May 12th at St. Agnes R. C. Church with Father Frank Pizzarelli officiating. Burial to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Hope House Ministries at P.O. Box 358, 1 High Street, Port Jefferson, New York 11777 or online at www.hhm.org
