Obituary

Family and friends will gather for Visitation on Thursday, July 6th from 2:00-6:00pm at the Horton-Mathie Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be observed at 4:15pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be given to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601
